This blog post is part of our surveying best practices series that we’re featuring during the summer of 2021. The series will highlight important lessons we’ve learned over the past 20 years.
The School Perceptions Client Dashboard now includes an “Overview Graphs” page that allows you to easily display the survey results from any question in your survey. To help get you started, the Client Dashboard program will automatically include a few graphs. However, you can select any matrix (i.e., a question that appears in a table) or single question to create a personal graph display.
If a matrix question is selected, the software will compare the results from each sub-question together in one easy-to-understand graph that includes the overall average for each question.
Simply hover over any part of the graph to display a pop-up that will breakdown the selected question’s results. This will also show you how many survey respondents chose each of the question’s selections.
Matrix questions can be displayed as stacked average column charts, count column charts, or line charts.
Single questions can be displayed as 3D pie charts, count column charts, or line charts.
Each Client Dashboard user can select their own set of question graphs through the program’s “Select Graphs” page. Your selections for each survey will be saved and available the next time you view the survey’s results.
If you are a current School Perceptions customer, go ahead and give it a try with any of your previous surveys! And let us know what you think!
